The DeKalb County Post 3128 V.F.W., made up of overseas veterans from all DeKalb County, is proud to sponsor this 55th Annual Fair. We, the VFW, appreciate the fine cooperation we have received in the past from the County Extension Service Staff, Agricultural teachers, Home Economic Teachers, other Agricultural workers, Dekalb County Businessmen/women, City of Fort Payne, Board of Education, and numerous other groups and individuals that have helped to make our previous fairs a success. We earnestly solicit this type of co-operation this year.

The V.F.W. is a member of the Association of Alabama Fairs. The V.F. W. is a non-profit organization.

Our Fair is recognized by the Alabama Department of Agricultural Center Board.

Through an enabling as passed by the 1969 Legislature, the Alabama Department of Agricultural Center Board are Co-Sponsors of the fairs of Alabama and pay a portion of the premiums, prizes and awards given by Alabama Fairs.
