American Hope is made up of brothers Jameson, Jadyn, and Kenyon Hope. Jameson (15) plays acoustic and electric lead guitar, as well as piano. Jadyn (13) plays acoustic and electric bass guitar and piano. And Kenyon (12) plays guitar, drums, and piano. Together as brothers, they have a warm harmony that adds a wholesome, fresh sound to every song they perform. In addition to their vocal and instrumental skills, they are also talented songwriters.

Their unique rocking country sound reflects their appreciation of some of their heroes of country music such as Alabama, Keith Urban, Tim McGraw, and Kenny Chesney, with their own original upbeat rhythms added in. They write many of their songs themselves. You will find everything from slow country ballads, such as “Gray” to country rock in “My Song,” to more traditional country such as “Gotta Run,” on their self-titled debut album released in October 2016. There truly is something for everyone on this first album.

Together, they have had the honor of opening for top country artists such as Randy Owen of the group “Alabama,” and Lee Greenwood. They have also opened for Celtic Woman star, Lisa Kelly.

The BWAC Arts in Education Program in partnership with Fort Payne City Schools and acclaimed guitar instructor, Chris Roberts, has presented the annual event for some 10 years. "We are very pleased to have American Hope join with our students to perform this year", stated Russell Gulley , Exe. Director of the BWAC. "I am sure that the evening will be very entertaining for everyone, so come on to the fair.

The grandstand show is free with admission to the fair. For information call the BWAC HOTLINE at 256-979-1910.
